AI Predictions for 2025
What Will Get Replaced
You don't need to outrun the bear; you just need to outrun your competitors.
The bear will take care of the rest.
In this case the bear = AI
I have 200 Hormozi Money Models books to give away.
I’ll send it to the first 200 agency owners that follow my new Instagram account.
Hit follow on my Nick Avaria account here.
My assistant will DM you the free book link on Monday.
Note: You have to cover the shipping of the book.
Specific versus General knowledge will determine if your agency survives the coming wave of AI.
Naval Ravikant has talked a lot about the differences between, “Specific” versus “General” knowledge.
General knowledge are things that are widely known by people in general.
It's the things that you would expect someone to know who is in a specific job role when you hire them.
But there are only a few people who possess Specific knowledge (very few, much less than 1%.)
Specific Knowledge is rare.
It's usually the outcome of people that have mastered more than one skill. Often by mastering non-related skills.
Because when a person masters multiple skills they figure out that some of the core principles work in other areas. And when they do and combine these things into new ways of doing things….
BOOM! Specific knowledge is born.
It’s not common, it's not conventional knowledge, and even if you had it and widely advertised it, people wouldn't really get it anyways.
But this is what works.
It works so well that people with specific knowledge are the ones that get the biggest wins.
Because to be the biggest winner you have to put something together that no one else has.
Or at least very few others have.
But here is the problem: whatever the AI model (the LLM) can do, automatically becomes General Knowledge.
Because remember, specific knowledge is only held by a few people.
AI is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. Whatever it can do is the definition of common (general) knowledge.
And General knowledge is not valuable.
Value is about effectiveness and rarity.
What happens when everyone does something?
It doesn't work anymore because it gets so saturated.
Because if you can get the information from the AI, so can competitors and so can your customers.
And no one is going to pay $200 per hour or $5,000 or $20,000 per month for something they themselves can get directly from AI by prompting it accordingly.
So here is what is needed to survive the next wave from a business perspective.
You have to build on top of the AI model
How? With your own proprietary system of doing things.
This doesn't mean you don’t use AI. It's the opposite, you have to use it better and smarter.
This is what I’m doing in my own agency.
Continuing to build my own way of doing things that's beyond what the LLM (AI) model can do.
Building databases of what our inputs are, how we process them, and what the outputs are.
And then building this proprietary knowledge a bit better each week and month.
I don’t need it to be 1,000% better than AI to beat the competition, I just need to stay slightly ahead.
So again, as the saying goes. You don't need to outrun the bear; You just need to outrun your competitors.
The bear will take care of the rest.
